they look too young to lay to me, that one's comb isn't big enough or red enough to lay, give them time, they'll start when you least expect it!

i had a red that did that too. she was laying in the shade inside the coop and then i took the bale apart and she stopped laying. then i put laying boxes in and she started laying where she was laying before. she is a very good layer and lays in the winter even though i dont put lights in. plus do you have a rooster? if you dont a hen will stop laying and start crowing to take over the roosters spot.
