Prolapsed vent & nothing helping it!

Hi all, I have a Rhode Island Red Hybrid just under 2 years old. Yesterday morning we discovered a prolapsed vent and after doing some research we tried fixing it with honey, sugar, warm water with an anti-septic, medical talc & even a haemorrhoid cream! However after a few minutes it the prolapse came back out, twice! So then this morning we tried again and held pressure on her bum area for 20 minutes or so but within 2 minutes of putting her down, she pushed it back out☹ We got our hens from a battery farm rescue so they’re not in the best shape but so far we’re getting 4 eggs out of 5 hens and she is the one who isn’t laying.
please help!!

Your local vet could help with just some stitches on both sides of the cloaca thus preventing the vent from prolapsing again.
