Puffed up sleepy chicken

Hello recently my hen has been just puffed up acting cold even though it's not. She is very sleepy the entire day, she eats well and drinks well. She also has been having some white diarrhea so I wanted to know what could possibly be wrong with her

If a chicken was egg bound for two weeks, they'd be dead by now. Do you have any pictures of her droppings? Feel her crop in the morning - if it's full she may have a crop issue.

Yup same girl shes 3 years old

She's very pale. I would try getting some vitamins into her. Get her outside for more sunshine.

Almost 2 weeks she also for 1 day started acting like herself again then came back to sleepy/puffed up

Yeah, she's likely not eggbound. I wouldn't attempt to bathe her.

Can you take a sample of her poop for testing to see if worms are causing some of her problems?

Is she eating ok and crop emptying?
She may benefit from poultry vitamins, if you can add those to her feed that would be good.

Also - she's inside all the time? Does she ever get any sunshine or outdoor time at all?
