puffy cheeks

Poor Alvin! At least pulling that stuff out probably made it feel a lot better for him, relieving some of the pressure. Any progress or news from the vet?

I went and talked to the vet he said he couldn't tell me specifically what type of bacteria it was I have to send it to a state lab said the best thing he could tell me was to drain the rest of it and then start a antibiotic he was going to give me a prescription for baytril but it's a beef flavored chewable I don't think that's gonna work so we are still trying to come up with a better alternative

You can crush it up and make it into a paste and put it in bread to trick them into eating it. Or wrap it in a piece of bread whole and let him eat it that way. Just a small amount of bread, don't wanna over do it. Also make sure he's had grit to digest it.

I've only had him a month he's not comfortable enough with me to eat anything out of my hand and if I separate him from his girls he won't eat a thing not even worms so I don't think that would work

I tried the bread it won't work he won't touch it :(

We decided to try the PenG hopefully it will work

His face is looking so much better I really hope this works. Does anybody know anything about flushing sinuses to make sure nothing is in there?

Aside from apple cider vinegar in head-washing water, I haven't read anything about a sinus flush - My approach has been they take care of it themselves pretty much, given the opportunity. I edited that, since I suppose it might be done in extreme cases.
