Four week old silkie chick with a vaulted skull. What do you think it is? I know it may be extremely early but I know some experts may be able to tell gender at this young of an age.

I agree, too young at this point. :) even in other breeds that reveal their gender earlier, it would be a lot of guess work at this point except in those rare cases that are early bloomers. (My icelandic was one that was obvious from hatch haha).
I don’t find that the “usual” things that we look for early on always apply to silkies. My cuckoo silkie I hatched was very bold, stood very tall, and just overall looked male. I DNA tested though and yep, it’s a pullet!
It’s nice to get progression pics though, to be able to go back and compare. :) post again in 4-6 weeks, and see. 👍
