Thank you! I’m fine with roosters If they’re not loud or mean. The frizzle seems feisty already

We need a pic of the Silkie’s comb. Straight on, and from the side. Stance is saying possible cockerel, but the comb will tell more.

The comb is still very difficult to see. From this pic below, my guess is cockerel, because of the raised comb. While it is slight, at 8 weeks, it wouldn’t be uncommon for a pullet’s comb not to be raised at all. I could be completely wrong about yours, but that’s been the experience with mine. You should be able to tell for sure in a couple of months.
