So i went to let the girls out this morning and at leat 3 more of my adult hens are showing symptoms and Sandy the buff orpington has some bubbles in her eye.
Question is; should i just treat the entire flock with Tylan or should i keep separating the sick ones and treat them one at a time?

Generally you treat only the ones showing symptoms.
How many are left that aren't sick?

Bubbles in the eyes is usually a sign of Mycoplasma Gallisepticum, this is contagious and your birds when recovered will be carriers for life. Even if you have some that never show symptoms they are exposed so they are considered carriers as well.

Those with eye bubbles, flush the eyes with saline and apply some Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment to the eyes, as well as, treating them with the Tylan. Keeping the eyes cleaned out will help the discharge from turning into a pus, which can further complicate things.

Mi final count is 8 birds out of 21 are showing one or another symptom, and those 8 are separated at the moment and they all have been treated like you recommended and injected with Tylan

Your Welcome.

Keep us posted on their progress.

Just an update:
So last week i took the one that looked the sickest (my white leghorn) to the Vet and the vet said she thought it was more than likely MG, she harvested some samples and sent them in for testing, results finally came back and they were not positive nor negative but instead "suspect" vet said over the phone she is still trying to find out what that means and get a second opinion from the pathologist.
Vet believes that maybe since i had already started treating with Tylan maybe the infection was not strong enough for a positive result.
Anyways most of my chickens are back to normal but I really wanna know what they had so i can know if i need to keep a closed flock or if I'm able to sell a few

Glad to hear they are improving.
Hopefully the vet will be able to find that information for you.

Most all respiratory illnesses are contagious and the birds are carriers for life even after they have recovered, so finding out the results of your tests would be crucial.
