I think I originally posted this in the wrong spot (under "raising chicks"). Sorry about that. Maybe here it will get more traffic. :)

Rooster is Blue Laced Red Wyandotte, but the hens were a mix of Rhode Island Reds/Blues, different varieties of Wyandottes, White Leghorn, Welsummers, Plymouth Barred Rock, Buckeye, and Golden Comet. Any ideas on pullet vs cockerel and/or breed/mix of each greatly appreciated! I'm mostly concerned about gender, but thought the "hybrid guessing game" might be fun for others too, not just me! ;-)

As far as breed mixes, I would guess all the white ones are from your leghorn as they are dominant white and the chicks will be white with or without some bits of black feathering.
Others more difficult to determine. 😊

1, 8, 10, 11 are definitely cockerels, others look like pullets so far. 1&2 part Leghorn, 3&5 part RIR or Buckeye. 3 looks more Buckeye-ish to me, but that's purely a guess

And I was thinking the black ones are maybe barred rock crosses? It's odd none of then appear to be welsummer crosses or wyandottes...those hens were options too!
