Pureflo incubator/hatcher info needed

Does anyone know where I can find information or parts for this hatcher? I've searched the web, but can't find anything.

Gettin' fancy with incubators now, are we?! Where'd you get it and how much? And can I have it after you're done with it?

A guy that I bought some chickens from gave it to me. He said it was expensive when he bought it. It acts like the humidity sensor is bad. The humidity display jumps around and I can hear the solenoid for water control clicking open and closed.
I would love to trade it for a GQF hatcher. It's too big to fit through my door.
