Did she lay regularly before she prolapsed?

She's ate the little bit of tuna that I gave her. At first she was a little skeptical but I think she liked it.

A chicken should eat roughly a little less than one measuring cup worth of feed a day.
About 3/4 worth.

Since you have her caged... And you can't weigh her... Can you measure out that amount of food and see just how much of it she eat in a day?

if the chick feed you have is not old I highly recommend giving that to her but I'm guessing it might be old. Old is not good.

What was the weather outside when this happened? My roo got a bit of frost bite on the back of his comb this past friday and it looks similar. Especially if it started dark purple and has been turning pale?

She was a new layer when she prolapsed, she had maybe laid 2 or 3 eggs before her prolapse.

We also have a bag of pellet feed coming today that we'll try and give her.
