Purple feet and bumblefoot

I've got a problem. 3 of my chickens have bumblefoot. I decided to remove it everything went okay. I wrapped but I wrapped it in between toes. I went to remove the bandage today and the foot is discolored and cold. I removed the bandage and within a hour it looked better. The whole where I did surgery is black and smelly could this be a infection? What's the best way to prevent a infection in the cut and if it is a infection what is the best way to treat it? I have them in a sperate coop with food and water and grit.

Sounds like the wrappings were too tight if the foot was discolored but started looking better after you took them off.
How long were the wrappings on before you took them off?
If there's a bad odor from where the scab was removed, then yes I would take a good guess it's infected. When you removed the bumblefoot/scab, was there a kernel or pus?

The bandage was over night.
There was pus on all of them and a kernel in one.
I'll try to get photos this afternoon.

I know it may be difficult to get photos, but they will be most helpful.

Clean out the wounds well, irrigate them. Remove any pus, swab with an antiseptic, let dry. Apply a little triple antibiotic ointment, then re-wrap making sure not too tight.
Keep the bird on clean dry bedding.

Alright here are some photos.
It looks more swollen then this morning and the skin is able to rip of off. Some area have almost a green tinge to it.
Starting to get worried.

Flushed it out and put antibacterial ointment on it then loosely vet wrapped it.

There was pus on all of them and a kernel in one.

I would soak and clean the foot gently, but really well with betadine or chlorhexidine.
Looks like there may still be pus/infection under the black scab, but it's hard to tell sometimes.
The top of her foot looks like it's bubbling as well.
I would apply ointment, but would be hesitant on wrapping since it looks so irritated.
Cage her on puppy pad so the feet stay fairly clean, but they will need to be washed of poop/debris a couple of times a day I'm sure.

Looks like plenty of good advice has been posted here already. I would recommend keeping a close eye on those three afterwards, I used to keep Orpingtons who once they got it once, would keep getting Bumblefoot.
