Baytril would be good to use, but keep in mind it's banned for use in poultry.
Amoxicillin may help.

If you want to eat eggs after a short withdrawal period, then Amoxicillin.
Seems to be improving slightly. Feet are sill discolored but instead of point of swelling and puss the whole foot is swelled.
Should I think of Antibiotic's are what other treatments should I look into?
