Suspension requires an Rx - if you have a vet that can treat her that would be best.
If not, then get some Fish Mox.
Dose is 57 mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for up to 14 days.

I don't know exactly. Ill now when I wiegh her this week. About 5 pounds.

It’s capsules. You could mix with a little water and administer it orally. Chickens can aspirate easily so getting her to drink from a syringe could be a challenge. Mixing with food she likes would be the better way if she willingly eats it. I would get the lower dosage in the 50 quantity.

Amoxicillin in the capsules will not mix with water!

If you find that you need to measure out a dose, then use a "known" measurement.
Measure out 1 teaspoon of liverwurst, canned cat food or yogurt. Mix all the powder in the capsule into the food or yogurt. Then you can divide it up as needed.
For example if you need 125mg, then you would just give 1/2 teaspoon.
Make sense!?

IF she weighs 5 pounds and that the dose she needs, then yes...you can give the whole capsule.
Just pop it into her beak and let her swallow it.
