Its a cameo pied w/e hen.I think that is a Cameo Pied or maybe Cameo Silver Pied.
I would like to know if it is a throat 'latch' or 'patch'? I have seen it both ways and I don't know for sure.

I've noticed that on mine too. Mine still has some of those light feathers on his back at four going on five years old. Will they go away totally? I have an IBBS/Cameo that is at least five who still has a couple. Just wondering if they normally all go away and leave a solid color.
ETA; Neither of mine are Pied however the Purple has some Spaulding.
If they are feathers on the back and they are a brown color they are probably a result of fading, if you are talking about the wing like feathers that have light markings on them, I think they will eventually be a solid dark color. I have 2 IBBS males and both are around 12, neither gets those dark feathers with light makings anymore, they slowly got darker over the years.
