I have 2 moms 2 chicks. They are usually up early following around the grass etc and do this most of the day. It is sunny and warm today so I'm a bit alarmed to come home to find them in the same house, the younger chick is under the other mom, and both moms are giving out a low purr. I offered them snacks and they didnt summin their chicks to eat and refused to leave their houses, (they are large dog kennels). I've never seen this before and wondered what the heck.
They arent even in a sunny part of their house . Just sitting there. it's been 2 hours since I got home and no change. no one is injured just weird behavior
