I have some pix of my Honey Chicken , some when she was dressed up in her Xmas attire with her foe fur fuzzy around her neck green & white with bells on it... Hilarious !!!!! Honey is my sweetie true love RIR.. Lol I swear people would NEVER know how much " Personality" a chicken has! As well as I didn't..... Until Honey.. She is so loving and affectionate & a HOOT HOOT... Honey as well as other Chickens you hand raise can be soooo loving ! lots of personality ! AND smart is amazing to me !! She Loves to be held and loved !!! So SWEET.. I have had birds in my life in the past... Pets,,, different types of Parrots, finches & what not... NONE is like Honey Chicken... A Fowl , Who would have ever THUNK it...Lol She knows exactly who I am ..And I know this is gonna sound KOO KOO Haha ! BUT we have our own language.. I understand her as well as she understands me... LOL People who come to my house who have never met Honey nor been around chickens CRACK UP watching her with me... I got some baby sexed chicks back end of April.. TINY babies .. I sold 4 kept 2.. Hoping they will be as loving and gr8 personalities as Honey.. We will have to see.... Not sure if when you hand raise them and very hands on they will be like that? I hope so !! But I don't think all chicks will be just like her.. Gosh I hope so !! I know they don't live forever... And would love for my others to be like her or at least one of them..... Oh the thought of her passing is awful.. I lost 1 hen few months ago ... Think she got cancer.. She was a sweetie .. BUT NO holding or anything like that, like w/ Honey... But she was a rescue already grown.. She was a beautiful Buff..
