Everybody meet egg C!

Egg C is joining us from Maryland. It's a whopper of an egg, weighing in at 674.3 grams, making it the biggest egg I have by far.

Now, three eggs might fit in the Brinsea but four definitely don't. So, I would like to introduce you to the Emubator:

It's made from a 10 gallon aquarium, insulated with foam insulation, has a lexan panel for the lid, and is run by an Incukit Mini that keeps it perfectly at 97.2 degrees.

Nobody get excited about that day count; it is definitely very wrong, lol.

I'm having a hard time following here. Not getting alerts! And it takes me forever to find this again...

End of week two update!

Egg 22 lost 11 grams this week, which is a little less than it should have. Egg A lost 13 grams this week, which is a little more than it should have. Egg B lost 11.1 grams, which is a little less than it should have. Next week I will run drier. Egg A may have a more porous shell, or it may be no good. I will try moving it into the Emubator with Egg C and see if that helps.

In a little over two more weeks, I might begin to be able to tell if the eggs are alive!
