To be honest ... I never clean wounds.
In my eyes, you can only do more harm. They get back, idealwise into a quaratine cage, and will lay in the litter. Just keep the natural blood slough.
These little birds have phenomenal healing abilities.

Just isolate it and keep it warm. Offer water and food in container, the bird knows, so it can reach it blind.
I have three birds, survived similar injuries.

well, he crowed a couple times earlier, i've covered the hospital with a towel to keep him warm and he was eating and drinking.

When he eats and drinks, then it looks good. Even if he lost one eye, he will get back to normal.

But it is unlikley, that he can be integrated back into the flock, when he's healed. You may need a different solution.

hello good news! his eye opened and it looks fine, he had a little bald spot near his eye but other than that he's back to normal and crowing
