How to Jump to a conclusion.
No.
When I was a kid I'd go to my grandparents after church. My grandpa would hitch up his pony team and we'd go for an afternoon wagon ride.
Lots of noises but the chain rattle was annoying.
Now when I hear it that's what I think of.

Oh. Well then I will drag you down to my house for fresh cinnamon rolls in a wagon.

Good to hear, never being around stock drawn wagons or equipment would never have given that a thought, traveling with family down South it was a frequent sight. Must have really made an impression on me. :lau

The sound of the dichroic filters moving back into position in the enlarger head
The sound of the hall closet door opening or closing in my childhood home
The really shrill sound of spring peepers
I forgot the Peepers. With the forecast of rain through the next couple of weeks, temps in the mid to high 50s and the swamp being about 75 yrds away I suspect they'll be cranking up. Then we listen to the Carpenter Frogs all night nailing down that deck!

Too many to count. The smell of leather and the sweet smell of cattle takes me back to my grandparents' ranch and tack room; certain soap smells and I'm back in their house. The quality of light and a certain freshness in the air takes me back to hunting easter eggs. Those three are the ones that seem to pop up the most often for me.
