Yoghurt -musli -topping
The ingredients of the musli in the picture are complex because I mixed 2 different packages. One (1) is mainly with oat flakes.
1) Oat flakes* 60%, sultanas (sultanas* 29.5%, sunflower oil*), sunflower seeds* 6.5%, dried apricot pieces (apricot* 1.8%, rice flour*), almond* 1%, hazelnut*^1 0.5%, dried apple pieces* 0.5%, ^1Rainforest Alliance Certified. Learn more at ra.org., *From organic sources.
2) The other one is more complex and has barley, oat and wheat flakes, dried fruits (raisins, dates, pineapple , papaja, apple, banana) and seeds like sunflower, hazelnut, linseed and pumpkin.
The topping with fresh fruit (blue berry) makes it even better.
