Raccoon deterrents?

Nothing hardware cloth couldn't fix . Maybe a couple good locks too? Whats the floor look like?

There’s an apron around the run, and it’s locked by sticking a pole down in between the fencing and the pvc pipe. It’s got a name I’m not sure what it’s called.
As of yet they haven’t gotten into the coop, just pry the chicken wire open and snatch any any stragglers that stay out in the run over night

Looks like it'll take some time, money and effort to get that up to raccoon proof.
A quick maybe semi solution could be a few dog proof raccoon traps around the outside. I had good luck with one lately.

A hunk of oily sardine in that, placed near a game trail, and you're going to wake up to a raccoon (or possum). Cheap & effective raccoon control in the short term with long-term protection of the birds through more appropriate run & coop construction. Good plan and fun too.

I would also recommend hotwire around the lower portion of your coop. It’s a great deterrent.
