They don't send males for extras when you order the city/town special. At least, not intentionally. Mistakes do happen.

I'm pretty sure it would be more of what you ordered and I would expect they sent extra EEs based on appearances. The two solid light gold ones are your buff Orps, the black one with the white head dot is the barred Rock, the penguin is the Australorp, and all the others are EEs in various patterns/colors. They can look like anything.

One of my favorite amusements is to watch how the EEs feather in. You can have two that you struggle to tell apart as chicks look completely different as adults and sometimes the colors are a complete surprise.
