OK it is night #1 in the coop I got the chicks moved in today.

I'll go check on them in a bit, the big hens should be getting ready to head into the coop for the night

oh thank you,, When you get in it you can see the mud splatter from the chickens shaking off, and there are the cob webs / spider webs that keep coming back so fast,

so, chickchick babies didnt appreciate the hen using the brooder cage as a launching pad to get up on the roost,, if freaked them out a bit. I moved the second roost is down low on 2 stumps turned on their side.

8pm, Looking good, they are not cold and some are on the roost. I hope the bib hens done mind the heat.

My friend just got some chickens, and one of them is a leghorn. He asked for name ideas and I immediately thought of you, @BY Bob , and Daisy, the greatest hen ever. Now he has a leghorn named Daisy

jumped up at 5, Lord Ligorno crowed- he wanted OUT!
Everyone was good, the chicks were good,
I got under the roost scooped and set the Whites feed & water in the run,,
I NEED coffee,
I go back out and ??maybe!! let the littles run loose
BUT after one more cup
