Yep! If you see my most recent post thats what I suggested. That sounds perfect.Would cat food work? I have a fish one already here and the sizing is about the same as normal duck pellets to make it easy for them to eat?

Mealworms are good because of their high protein, but only feed them in the amount you would feed treats. 10% of the diet, about a tablespoon per bird.I also have mealworm treat for them and then one of those treat square things from flock party treats company. Will a bit of those as a supplement help?
How old are they? If they are adults I think chicken feed is fine.Only thing around here is dog/cat feed. Not really a farming area, so not even chicken feed. It would hurt them even within 2 weeks or less?
No chicken feed either, the bad part about living in the “city” with ducks. Nobody has farm animals so we have no farm storesHow old are they? If they are adults I think chicken feed is fine.
We still have oyster shells and grit for them readily available whenever they needMealworms are good because of their high protein, but only feed them in the amount you would feed treats. 10% of the diet, about a tablespoon per bird.
Make sure to feed fruits and veggies along with it to give them some fresh nutrients as well.
Do you have layers? Make sure you have Oyster shell available for calcium, though laying is probably down because of molting.
I actually called them! No duck or chicken feedThey sell chicken feed just at the walmart by my house maybe you could check
Have you tried calling a pet store and see if they have any ideas. A vet may as well.I actually called them! No duck or chicken feed
I’ve called quite a few pet stores around here, nobody sells duck feed. There was one that I saw it at a few weeks ago but now they don’t have it (of course right when I need it) but i’m gonna go there and check tomorrow anyways, I doubt it thoughHave you tried calling a pet store and see if they have any ideas.
