Range Paralysis and Marek's Disease are one in the same. If you do a search on this forum there are a lot of good threads with respect to MD.

Good luck.

Range Paralysis is another name for Marek's Disease. Marek's is a viral disease found everywhere. It is spread through feather dander, not through the egg. Mareks causes paralysis of the wings and legs, sudden death without symptoms, greyish eyes with irregular pupils, and sometimes enlarged feather shafts. Internally, Marek's causes tumors and lesions on the internal organs. Marek's is a very contagious disease that spreads easily. There is a vaccine available that is given to day old chicks, and it can prevent the birds from getting the disease. Vaccinated birds can still be carriers, however, if they are exposed, though they won't get sick themselves.
