Raw eggs ect..

Do U eat anything raw?
Plenty of things. In moderation. Fish. Cookie dough. Homemade mayo. Hollandaise. Eggnog from actual eggs. OK, so the hollandaise is technically just cooked, but the lemon helps a lot.

As it turns out, I don't much care for milk, or cooked eggs - but eggs' binding properties are critical for baking particularly.

Plenty of pickled, soured, or otherwise vinegar-cooked foods, too

Pretty well known that cooking helps humans digest many foods. Should raise no eyebrows with that claim. Unsure how applicable it is to our birds, though heat treatment is definitely beneficial in reducing the adverse effects of some components in legumes - so it holds true at least some of the time.
