Re-introducing bullied chickens

Hey....have some chicks who were being pecked at....had a nice amount of blood on them....i seperated them from the rest of the group i was wondering how long i should keep them out...it's been a few days and the still have a little dried blood on them.....i was also wondering if there was going to be a problem re-introducing them with the rest of the flock...like if they'll automatically get ganged up on again....it's my first time dealing with chickens any feedback would be appreciated.
