Ms.FuzzyButts :
My husbands hands were so dry, they would crack open. He wouldn't use lotion either. So I bought him some stuff called O'Keefe's Working Hands.. You can only get it online or at a hardware store like Lowe's... I found it at Lowe's in the paint department. I guess because folks that paint for living get thinner on their hands which is a super skin drying chemical agent!! It seems a little pricey at $8.00.. But it lasts a long time because it is almost like a tub of wax. He uses it daily and in less than a week, his cracked hands were almost healed. Now his hands don't crack anymore and are baby smooth. It says it can be used for hands and feet. But I have used it on my arms and legs since I get dry skin in the winter really bad. So I don't see why it wouldn't work on your DH's head. It doesn't have a smell to it and feels nice going on. I will be buying it from now on. We have been very impressed with it. You can go to their website to read about it and punch in your zip code to find a retailer near you. http://www.okskinco.com/
Edited cause I can't spell today!
I get it at DuluthTrading, a great site for workclothes for men and women, and for other things like handcreams.
