I think the hatchery was Ideal, I'd have to ask Ione, she was the one compiling the order... Their color is substantially off (too little color and pale or greenish legs in most) and they're about 15-20% off the weights for the breeder birds at the same age.
I didn't have Cyn's boys at the same age but from an eyeball I'd say they have about another 5-10% in ht/wt over the breeder birds in general. The biggest boys from Cyn are significant in heft and height and breadth. And they have better tail/neck color and barring. The breeder birds show a bunch of totally black feathers in the boys tails and far less decent barring.
The breeder pullets still show some pale/greenish legs and less well developed color than Cyns birds. They're better than the hatchery birds but have ways to go to catch the heritage birds.
Having all three is at least a good way to learn to start spotting all the faults.
