Regurgitating chickens

Has anyone ever seen a chicken "regurgitate" a clear fluid and if so what if anything does this mean? TYIA

Those that I have seen, nothing helped long term. You could try gently massaging the crop in case there's a bit of blockage. Be careful you don't force liquid out that the bird can aspirate and choke.

It can if they can't eat. Occasionally a bird will belch out water. If it's happening repeatedly, than it usually means there's a problem. Sometimes a bird drinks too much, especially if it's warm out.

Iv'e got a couple that "ralph" regularly especially in summer. They are the ones that get greedy at the water bowl. Watch your ralpher and see if there is a whole lot of water being drunk before you get too worried you might just have a greedy chicken.

What they regurgitated was just clear. Not sure if I will be able to get a picture.

Were your chickens dehydrated when that happened?
