Has anyone ever seen a chicken "regurgitate" a clear fluid and if so what if anything does this mean? TYIA

Generally means crop or digestive problems, doesn't always, but often does.
Those that I have seen, nothing helped long term. You could try gently massaging the crop in case there's a bit of blockage. Be careful you don't force liquid out that the bird can aspirate and choke.Thank you for your quick response. Do I need to do anything?

It can if they can't eat. Occasionally a bird will belch out water. If it's happening repeatedly, than it usually means there's a problem. Sometimes a bird drinks too much, especially if it's warm out.Is this something serious? Is it going to cause them to die?
