Thank you all. You guys are so great

I am getting into being "back" here slowly and I'm enjoying it. Taking it easy and resting much in-between too! Concentration and energy is still not quite up to speed, but I'm managing

Not good news and another prayer request : I had a scan done of my chest a few days ago and the doctor came this morning to examine me, saying they think my pancreas is "too big"... Being me I went on Google and read about the possible causes, one of which being cancer (yay?)... I'm going to have another scan tomorrow morning to have it checked out, so

(With some in-between, because I'm getting tired of being sick and tired and worried now...)

Good news is my lung spot is smaller and my lungs are looking good, according to the doctors Just got to hang in there.

Keep fighting Sumi! You've got this! And you have an army of prayer warriors behind you!

The silence is deafening! How did the test go, and when will the results come back?

Sorry for the silence. I didn't feel well the last few days. I spoke to the doctor, who told me my pancreas looks o.k. and the oncologist, who told me the cancer is stage 4... To quote him "well developed".

He is sounding hopeful about the chemo taking care of it though and told me they are going to scan my head and body again in 2-3 months to see how things are going They are watching my lung as well and we're all hoping that spot will go away soon! I don't want to go for more surgery, which they are considering for that...

While I'm waiting to see where things go, I'm spending time with my beautiful son and trying to stay positive as best I can. I'm in good hands and getting good treatment.
