I for one, LOVE Herman Cain, and I am also white. It has NOTHING to do with race, although the MSM would like to make it so. I liked him from the get go.
#1, he's not a "Washington Elite", he's never held a public office, he owes no one anything.
#2, he is offering solutions to the problems, not getting involved in the bashing of each other, just offering solutions.
#3, I feel he has a better chance than any of the other contenders simply because he IS black. Then no one could call us racists.

I know some will find fault with my opinions, but that is simply what they are, opinions.

LOVE HERMAN CAIN!!!!!!!

And someone who is great at math.

It seems that most politicians have gone to a special math school, which defies logic. They want 2 billion for a progam and only get 1 billion, so they've saved you 1 billion.

I agree that it has nothing to do with skin color, rather their ideals is what counts. My first vote was in '08 election, and voted for McCain, although the guy that I voted for in the primary lost, I did not care for McCain, but he was waaay better than Obama. I vote whoever is prolife, very conservative, loves our freedom, and defends our nation from people who wants to destroy us.

Maybe you have a point....Sort of like the term "Tea Bagger".

Actually, I can't see the two as being very comparable. One is an actual word with historical content and multiple meanings that can be found in the dictionary. The other is a term that I personally first heard used by people in the Tea Party movement, but that had an, um, previous definition. But yes, I found the way it was picked up to be unprofessional as well, but I find our news in general to be severely lacking. This is probably because I seem to lack the necessary 'us versus them' mentality to make me a productive member of our two party system.

I could read this to say that you consider someone is not a true American unless they are a Conservative. But that would leave out the Founding Fathers. Back then, the Conservatives supported King George. Most of the Founding Fathers were Liberals, Libertarians, or, in a case or two with their personal lives, Libertine.

I'm guessing this is probably not what you meant?
