So i rescued this chicken yesterday, and she/ he is missing tail feathers ( for reasons i dont know). The person Who had them said she is 6 months old.
Does anyone have any idea on if its a hen or roo?
Also breed?

Forgive me. You say you "rescued" this chicken - yet it was from someone's home? And that person said "she" was 6 months old? I suspect those missing tail feathers were plucked out to hide that she is a he. At 6 months old that is not a molt. I can't believe how many times I've seen that. I've even see scissor marks from clipping to hide it. She is a he! And a barnyard mix. That comb eliminates a few breeds and I don't know where that leads him.

Yes, sorry about that. 6 chickens were abandoned at a rental house, the owner of the property found them. It is definitely a possibility the feathers had been pulled. Luckily, we took in all 6 chickens and have plenty of space for a rooster.
