I got my first potsticker press set at a Ross Dress For Less while rummaging through their kitchen gadget section.
BUT you really don't "need" a press. Just go back and watch the young lady in the video make the potsticker. It's press and fold, press and fold. Real easy once you get the hang of it. You get a LOT more filling in the ones you make without a press. Using the press they are more like Japanese Goyza, still quite good but try both ways and see which you like. So any place like a Marshalls, or Ross or any discount store like that may have them. Of course there is eBay too.
I had them for lunch, really great when they are fresh. Next time I make them I will use some finely minced shrimp meat (raw) and pork together, about half and half.
