100% would given the option, as long as he also promises to deal with all the bloody bureaucrats for me! Over one year in getting permits... seriously? The inspector asked about our rainwater leaders (Downspouts) on his last visit and it felt like a huge trick question! We’re we planning on tanking our run off? That all depends on how difficult it will be for the permits was my answer... I would love to for watering my livestock and garden, but if it’s going to be too much hassle... I think we will plumb in for them to join the perimeter drain just in case!

Building regulations are somewhat flexible here.

You can build similar on the flat. You end up with a large mound. Building on the flat often works out cheaper, provided the ground is stable and above the water table.

There's an old axiom, "Do what ever it takes to get them to sign off on simple and cheap, with an eye on what you'll change after they leave."

Hi folks, I'm working on a project with Michelle and need test data badly. If you have time I would ask that each person out here create 5 users (use a name that is kindof unique to you not something like test1... )(just to pick on sour, maybe something like Sour1, sour2, etc.) and for each user create 5 breeds, please use different breed categories and don't chose the first or second breed in the list mix it up. The main form is here and there's a link after you hit submit that will take you to the breed form. I suggest copying your made up user name for the follow ons. Sorry for the painful process but that's what we get when we use free stuff.

When you fill out the first form, please select different countries/locations and change up the data. I really hope some of you will make mistakes that cause errors so I can close up those gaps.

Yes, they're mad. And if there's a squabble 3 or 4 of them fall down. No way have they ever got everybody back up there.
