We have chooks all over the place. We were out today so Wrold nested undisturbed. When I went to throw her up on a roost for the night I found her crop completely empty! Mad!
So I dragged her inside & fed her her dinner with added vitamins & got her to drink a little water before tucking her up on a roost with Medh. Such a silly girl. She was absolutely ravenous But went to bed with a nice full crop. She decided that she needed to roost on my arm to eat, which was jolly uncomfortable all round.

Here she is spooking about a cat. The cat couldn't have been less interested.

You are doing a great job keeping track of her. She will break eventually. Stay on her. She is such a pretty lady too.
