Congrats! What do you do with the bantam eggs? Those egg cups will be a little big.

I find that size is perfect hard boiled for salads.

Here's a few of my eggs from today.

Another view. The large egg is Goldie's. They are not as frequent as they once were. That's ok with me, she's 3 this year and certainly deserves a retirement.

Yes, I have girls aging out now too but they have all certainly earned a golden retirement.
