I love the colors and patternThe lad, having watched me whip up a blanket for YD, commented I'd never made one for his daughter. I had actually made a lovely waffle stitch blanket for her when she was born but since he'd asked I asked him what colours he'd like. Not what I would have chosen for a 2yr old girl but it is bold & striking. I love this pattern! Not only is it easy & works up quickly but it is a fun, pretty pattern. Just a few stray ends to tidy away & I'm done in time for her birthday.

They seem to be settling in well!When I walked the kiddies to the park the other day I noticed a whole patch of what we call milk thistles. My girls love milk thistles! So today I walked the long way home from the shops so I could stop & pick a heap.View attachment 2828448
