Ribh's D'Coopage

If you're not building for a few years, have you thought about planting a large native tree or shrub to the north of where you want your coop to go?

I didn't mean planting a mature tree...I mean planting tube stock and letting it grow, because natives tend to be fast growers, especially if they are indigenous to your area

And there are heaps more on Etsy! I just ordered these to hold the ribbon on the next blanket I'm making ~ for YD's birthday next month.
Oooohhh, I LOVE those!! I cannot wait to see that!! :wee
I may have to check out Etsy... still yet to try Pinterest...

I haven't worked out the point of Pinterest yet...
And this is the first time I've bought anything on Etsy but I really wanted chookie buttons for the girl & they had these & they will be perfect for her rug. The wool is called *Fairy Mix* & it's quite bright in jewel colours ~ Ill post a pic eventually. The girl will adore it!:yesss: Plus I'm crocheting her chookie coasters as well. She'll have quite the chook fest...

What colour does Janet lay @MaryJanet ?

@Aussie-Chookmum she's not true to type, so her eggs aren't dark brown. Here's a photo of a few recent eggies. Janet's two on the left and two of Sandy's on the right.

Sandy's eggs never have a bloom on them, quite chalky. Janet's always bloom.
