Yes! That was fast.

Pain is a very serious symptom, I don't think anyone with pain would be taken for a faker. My cousin suddenly developed pain last week and she's still in hospital having tests. Looks like something's gone funny in her spine.

I hope they can do something about your cousin's spine soon. This is a bad time to have to go to hospital.

There were about a dozen of us admitted to emergency on Friday night, some of whom had been waiting since 7am to be seen, but there were no beds available so we spent the night on the examination tables.

The nurses are doing their absolute best but it is a very "Mend and make do" situation.

We have had a lot of rain in the last week or so and the backyard is a quagmire.

I took my tea indoors using my new tea pot.

Things are not quite so bad in Adelaide. She was admitted after a few hours wait and is very happy with her care, although she can't have visitors because it's a covid-free hospital and they're being tough about allowing people in.

Who needs that ol gallbladder anyways ACM ! Just think, it’s out, and you are not! I’m fortunate that I have not experienced any major surgery (hard to understand that kind of pain and stress)

I seem to remember someone saying long ago that they didn't want lap chickens....

Now, now ACM...I didn't, I don't, but what Olivia wants Olivia gets & what she wants [when she's not broody] is me. Actually even broody, when she got off the nest yesterday she came & gave me a mouthful.Not sure want I've done~ or not done. Maybe is was about nicking eggs.
