We have another rain bomb sitting on top of us. The next few days are going to get pretty wet. The girls got in a little foraging time first thing.
That's Sif in front. Not laying but back running with the tribe.
And the great moult has begun. Quite a few of the girls are looking pretty ratty & there are more feathers than usual flying around.​

She really is. I am truly amazed and thrilled.

She really is. I am truly amazed and thrilled.

She really has done well. It's taken a long time but she is recovering.

Portia has all the non~broody babies in with her tonight as she'll keep them nice & toasty while they finish drying out. Whatever the rattle in her chest was, it's gone but she is not walking well. I think, from the look of her, she's hurt her hips somehow so I will give her some pain meds tomorrow.
