I'm so glad he was nice about it. They will improve his yard nicely.I asked no.6 if he'd noticed chickens in his very lovely yard as the fence is low on that side. Ha'penny & Beatha have both been fence hopping but he was very nice about it & said they weren't a problem. I told him they were both feral & to keep an eye out for white or blue eggs. He was shocked about the blue eggs. So many people are. I also assured him they woul clean up any bugs they found. With half an acre all to themselves you'd think they'd stay home!![]()
When I first gave the blue ones to our neighbor behind us they simply could not believe how beautiful they were. In the spring I had cartons with blue, white, pink, beige, and speckled eggs. It was like Easter all the time.
