Ribh's D'Coopage

Happy Caturday everyone.

Poor Nightshade has to use his leg to keep the sun out of his eyes. It’s a rough life!

ANOTHER CATURDAY...
This is Freya. She lives here now.
I'm still hopeful Ash will eventually turn up & that's ok. I always wanted to be a crazy cat lady & now there's no~one to stop me. :lau:gig

What a pretty kitty! :love I really hope Ash turns up soon. :fl

I probably should save this for Froggy Friday, but here you go.

Thanks, Lozzy. Ash is super friendly & looks expensive with her Russian Blue coat. I suspect someone has taken her in.

Freya ended up @ the pound through no fault of her own or her owner & she is beautiful inside & out. A bit timid but I prefer not to have Alpha cats. They're a pain, always asserting themselves. She is fitting in well with the boys. No actual fighting but she's growling @ Marlow still. Not sure what she thinks he's done. Her tail is up, she gives purrs & comes for cuddles so I'd say she has adjusted well. 🐱

I love how frogs turn up in the weirdest places. I'll never forget the screams emanating from a toilet block waaay up north as one greenie attached itself to a bare butt! 🤣 🤣 🤣
We lived in Darwin just after Cyclone Tracey, when I was between the ages of 2 - 4. We had frogs in our cistern, and they’d pop up when you flushed. Dad liked to tell the story about when we were visiting in Melbourne and I asked our hosts if they had frogs in their toilet! 😂

I know most of Oz is in the middle of a heat wave but our weather has finally broken thanks to the tropical lows sitting in the water up north. Our temps are suddenly much more reasonable, we are getting rain & all my broodies have abandoned sitting. I am still not getting eggs as everyone has now decided to moult.
