Lottie, my Wyandotte bantam. She's just the sweetest girl, & only the size of a large teacup. She does well but will probably be happier now there are fewer domineering birds in the flock. She even lays a good sized egg fairly regularly.

How was your day today? I finally got a huge chunk of work done yesterday, so hopefully I'll have a head start on the week.

Likewise, I got a huge chunk done today! I'm at the very closing stages of two six month projects, wrapping up and signing off tomorrow. Then I'll start ramping up the next two, which will see me through til early December. I've got great staff in place, so hopefully it'll be smooth sailing I've accepted a speaking spot next week, so I need to gather and coalesce my thougts for that, then there's some writing coming up too.

So, it's life as usual! Busy but rewarding

The chickens are cheerful and getting along quite well. Very loooong dust baths were had today

That sounds wonderful. I'm working on ramping up a new project, my biggest challenge was the first deliverables were promised for the first of this month, but I wasn't given the project until a week ago. So starting behind the power curve and what was promised is not what is needed, so now trying to re-direct the effort to what is more appropriate.
