I probably do this the *hard* way. Someone may know an easier way. You should be able to copy from the box under the likes. Otherwise you can click on the name which will bring up the profile box thingy & if you click on the name then it will copy. The drawback with that method is it will be in block letters so you then have to click the block letters off. It's a bit messy.

That's how I do it. For long names it pulls up a drop down, easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Going to check out the other thread @Aussie-Chookmum, but as @rjohns39 said if Wyorp Rock is already there you’re in great hands already. I don’t have any actual experience with egg binding either, but I did the lube a finger up with Vaseline and feel for an egg once, there wasn’t anything there though.
