Ribh's D'Coopage

It's terrible the toll on the wildlife. I've seen picture of plant life recovering after just a few days. The guy who posted the pictures said the diversity will take time but species that have lived through fires for centuries recover very quickly. The wildlife can survive on these and will gradually repopulate the areas that have been burnt. It's going to take a long time though due to the sizes of the areas burnt.

While the toll is terrible the bush will recover very quickly. What needs to happen is better bush management so these mega fires can't happen. Unfortunately the Green Party pushed bad legislation that inhibited the Fire Brigades & Farmers ability to manage the land correctly. Lesson learned hopefully. :(

Curry in the slow cooker. Scraps to the chookies. They look like they've been standing out in the rain instead of seeking cover. Five eggs so far today!! :celebrate Looks like my freeloaders are coming back on the lay!! Haven't had that many in a while though Ha'penny did just drop her's casually in the run. I think she's still peeved I robbed her nest. :lau

I go back to see my Neurologist February 27th. Hopefully I'll have more answers then.
Gosh that seems like a long wait. Do results normally take that long? I'm used to a much faster turnaround. When dad was sick, we got results within a day or two.
