You did "poke and prod" when you gave her first aid Shad, but I suppose the difference is that she is very used to you and she got to stay with her tribe.

Not good for them and very stressful for me. Dink for example stayed out all night in the damp and cold with a talon rip across her back 4 inches long, not to mention the other minor wounds. How she survived is beyond me. The girls are pretty cool about the fire going ~ though last night they seemed reluctant to roost with all that orange glow & smoke about.
