I hate when you just don't know what happened!Maybe, it's the fact that BEN is gone. (I never saw, or heard him again)![]()
Wow!Last night we had a cold front move through. It brought more much needed rain and cooler temperatures. I love Canadian air!!
It resulted in a really neat sunset, the colors weren't super pretty, but the glow of the sun through the clouds was amazing!!

Later that evening we had a dense fog settle over the valley. It's very hard to photograph fog, more so at night, but I think this turned out pretty nice. It's the same vantage point as the sunset picture, just zoomed in a bit.

One of my silver Campines, Aoife.
They have a pretty upright stance like game birds & there is no difference in the feathering between males & females.
Two colours: gold & silver.

They are very smart birds. Ha'penny once secreted 10 eggs outside the run without me ever once spotting her leaving the run & the 1st I knew about it was when she went to sit & I couldn't find her!!! They like to forage & regularly hop my inadequate fencing. They look smart!
Alpia would be a wonderful mother & if I could let her I would. The man even suggested getting some fertile eggs as it's only a matter of time before Hepzibah joins them so I asked him if he was prepared to deal with the cockerels? We're not set up properly for a hatch & I would worry so for now it's still: No!O no. This is not fun. They must know that it is spring time in your neck of the woods. Time for hatching babies!
What is it made off? Is it strong enough to fill with potatoes and not break?Meanwhile with the littlies out of the house & my yarn & hooks safe from small fingers I have been trying market bags.
