Too pretty to be a lawyer. And, he's not wearing a suit that doesn't fit, or is out of style. That would be the lawyer then...?![]()
I almost don't want to know the answer to this - but what is there to complain about a chicken up a tree? I guess if you walk under it you get pooped on. Is that the issue? It used to stress me when they went up the trees. I leave them up there now if they don't come down for supper. Young Rip spent weeks living in a tree just outside my front door.
If it wasn't for complaints from the main house, I would leave those who wanted to roost in the trees up there.
My question exactly (I should have read ahead!).Out of curiosity, what is the main house objecting to?
Well played (as @BY Bob would say)! That would be the lawyer then...?![]()
There is night predation [owls are night hunters]~ & 1st thing in the morning when they come down can be dodgy. Things like foxes will wait @ the foot of a tree for a bird to come down.I almost don't want to know the answer to this - but what is there to complain about a chicken up a tree? Oh yes, I totally get the worry. It was the big house complaint I couldn't fathom - but I have read all about it now. There is night predation [owls are night hunters]~ & 1st thing in the morning when they come down can be dodgy.
